Visa just announced the introduction of Acceptors and Transactors. Acceptors include traditional Merchants, Submerchants under a Payment Facilitator, Sellers in a Marketplace and Billers under a Bill Payment Service Provider. Transactors include Payment Facilitators, Marketplaces, and Bill Payment Service Providers. Additionally, Visa also requires additional data to be included in the transaction message. Meet the Speakers

Tom Humphrey
Head of Risk & Compliance
Tom Humphrey has over 20 years of experience in payments risk and compliance. He leads merchant underwriting, transaction monitoring, and PCI DSS compliance. Tom serves on the Visa Acceptance Advisory Council and has been a member of the Mastercard US Fraud Advisory Council and the Visa Risk Executive Council. He is also an expert witness for payments-related liability remediation.

Kevin Cotti
Chief Technology Officer
Kevin Cotti was the CTO of Pazien and previously served as Director of Engineering at Litle & Co., where he helped scale the team from 12 to over 100 engineers. Kevin is a servant leader focused on building expert teams and is passionate about continuous learning. He is an avid reader and believes in never stopping improving. Kevin holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.

Angie Ammon
Co-Founder, Revenue
Angie Ammon is the co-founder of Tesouro and a pioneer in embedded payments. She was a founding team member of FTPS’ payment facilitator program in 2009 and advocates for software companies embedding payments. Angie has worked at Visa, founded Fintech 513, and co-founded Beanstalk, which exited in 2021. She is on the board of Cargas and holds a BS in Finance with a minor in International Business from Miami University.
